Originating from the East Coast, she underwent a gradual migration towards the Western slope, ultimately choosing to make Ouray her home in 2021. Ashley’s career trajectory encompasses a spectrum of industries, including media relations, hospitality, technology sales, operations, ad tech startups, and real estate. Consistently, her career has been anchored in a steadfast commitment to customer service, ensuring a seamless thread of client satisfaction throughout her varied professional journey.

In her role at MAR, Ashley aims to propel the company forward with technological advancements, implementing streamlined booking systems and homeware tracking for guests and homeowners. She is dedicated to developing processes that enhance the efficiency of MAR’s cleaning and maintenance teams, ensuring all properties are impeccably maintained.
